Prodigious amounts of late addition and dry hopping with cascade and falconer’s flight provide a balanced bitterness with huge hop aroma and flavor - with notes of citrus, pine, and lemon zest - all without the tooth-enamel-stripping bitterness found in other IPAs....Cheers!
