"Bjor Nagal" is Gaelic for "California Common". This lager is a reflection of the many dedicated hearts and minds needed to to brew a quality beverage. Moylan’s Bjor Nagal is made with Pilsner, Munich and Caramelized malts selected and roasted by Sabine and Thomas Kraus-Weyerman, owners of Weyerman Specialty Malt in Bamberg, Germany. Bittering hops (Spalter & Hallertauer Mittlefruh) were grown in the Hallertauer Region of Germany and sourced by Hops from England. Aromatic hops (Northern Brewer) were also grown in Germany and were sourced by the German Hop Growers Cooperative.
