The juice of bittersweet cider apples is fermented and then traditionally matured in 100 year old oak vats, cold filtered and bottled without pasteurisation to keep all the fresh fruit aromas and flavours, giving a superb refreshing well-balanced medium dry cider with a crisp appley taste.
