Common descriptors are SKOTCHTOBERFEST CASK – A cask blend of 33% Scotch Ale and 66% Oktoberfest, we were interested to see how the ale and lager yeasts "played" in the cask as it carbonated. A few weeks later and served by gravity, our Skotchtoberfest became a worthy experiment, blending the drier and hoppier Oktoberfest with the heavy mouthfeel and sweetness of the Scotch Ale!
