This Biere de Garde is a traditional, artisanal farmhouse ale from Northern France brewed and kept for consumption in warm weather. It is a medium bodied, malty amber ale brewed with high quality Pilsener and caramel malts. Delicately hopped with Czech Saaz for a nice spicy and peppery flavor and aroma, enjoying this ale doesn’t require a doctorate, just a vocabulary.
