Common descriptors are Dark brown in color with a nice tan head, this porter has a roasted malt and earthy hop aroma. Complex chocolate, coffee and malt dominate the flavor up front, and the hop bitterness comes through in the finish. Fresh Sorachi Ace wet hops were shipped and added to the beer in the bright tank and soaked for five extra days. 5.4 percent ABV. 48 IBU. |
