Utilizing 100% German malts, a 2 step decoction and our house lager yeast, we have created a beer that, while opaque, feels as smooth as anything you have ever experienced, is warming without being overpowering, and has loads of milk chocolate character without being burnt in any way. The extended lagering is both expensive and a logistical nightmare, but we think you’ll agree, it was well worth the wait. Starting Gravity: 1.090 Final Gravity: 1.028
