Cerberus Belgian Style Trippel ale aged in bourbon barrels. Our Cerberus Belgian Tripel sits for 11 months in bourbon barrels, which impart their own aromas and flavors upon the beer. The aroma, featuring a complex bouquet of notes from the wood, includes hints of bourbon, caramel, stone fruit, banana, and vanilla. Four different strains of Belgian yeast are used to create this trippel.
