"A contemporary light IPA. Brewed from Scottish pale malt with a touch of crystal malt and organic wheat flour to soften the flavour and hold the head. The use of Oregon ’Liberty’ hops in the boil and ’Cascade’ hops as aroma gives this ale a new world flavour of it’s own. ’A fresh citrus aroma, clean texture, satisfying malt flavour with crisp hop finish’."
