We doubled a traditional pilsner recipe and brewed this one using the traditional German brewing technique of single-decoction. Pilsner malts and kettle sugar boost the alcohol content. The result is a hearty pilsner that is not too sweet and complimented with a bouquet of German Hallertau hops.
