Russian Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels. For this UCBC Cellar Series release, we have rested our rich, roasty, traditional Russian Imperial Stout in freshly used bourbon barrels. The Bourbon and oak impart notes of caramel, vanilla, and a subtle spiciness from the high blend of rye in the Whiskey. (from label)
