Saisons are a Belgian farmhouse style that use a special yeast that produces wonderfully complex flavors of tropical fruit, spices and a musty earthiness. (The yeast probably originated in a winery many years ago.) This beer is a simple gold color, with a simple dry texture. It’s nice and light, yet infinitely complex as the yeast character really shines though. Very drinkable.
