Beer Kitchen Wheat Beer is a classic ‘Belgian White’. It is brewed with special wheat beer yeast, which provides a spicy clove like flavour, and a modest portion of coriander, which is added to the brew during the mash to deepen the citrus fruit aromas. These flavours work with the effervescent nature of the beer to produce a tongue tingling, refreshing beer. On the nose, the gentle fizz emits a tart lemon aroma, while on the tongue the beer softens to provide a well-rounded silky finish but with a cheeky hint of spice.
