Served in a Pub glass. Fermented with Edinburgh Scotch ale yeast and brewed with a hundred pounds of smoked malt, big flavors from smoke and caramel malts make this a pleasure for the palate. A rich burgundy color and subtle flavors of bacon, caramel and smoke are all balanced by slightly earthy and hoppy chracteristics.
