Our first of the year release of Ladyface’s "Ingenuity" - an industrious series of barrel-aged inventions. Trébuchet was created by aging Chaparral Saison in Sauvignon Blanc barrels for 7 months, with additions of lactobacillus for a distinct tartness without “barnyard” character. Moderately intense aroma with notes of Belgian yeast & apple skin. Somewhat tart flavor with integrated honey, green apple & tannin. Finishes very dry, lingers long with Belgian yeast tones.
