Common descriptors are
Punjabi Export is a Foreign Export Stout brewed with an organic North Indian spice mixture called Garam Masala. This mixture contains cinnamon, clove, cumin, coriander, pepper, and several other spices. Export stouts are highly popular in the West Indies despite the warmer climates. Garam Masala gives this deep black ale an exotic spiced character similar to chai but with a more bitter and woody flavor. The beer starts out extremely smooth and creamy with heavy notes of bittersweet chocolate and spice. It finishes with a bitter spicey bite. This beer is perfect for pairing with desserts like the Raison DEtre sundae or the Chicory Bacon Cheesecake, but could also hold up against the Indulgence Burger.
