This one-off brew was made especially for the CamRGB ’down DIPS’ night of double IPAs on 26th May 2012. We decided to keep the recipe quite simple: low colour Maris Otter in the mash followed by an enormous quantity of Aussie and Kiwi hops in the copper. Watch out for this one - it’s a bit hoppy!
