Lactose is added to kettle to round out the rich roasted flavors in this Stout. Oatmeal is in the mash for added body and silky mouthfeel. Some days, only a beer will do for breakfast, and this is the one for early AM consumption. Think of it as the red bull & vodka of a prior generation. |
