Cali Colsch is a continental mash-up. We ferment California grown base malt with Kolsch yeast from Cologne, Germany. The malt shines through with hints of wheat and fresh barley. The yeast adds levels of complexity and notes of peach and pear, similar to the finish of a white wine. American and European noble hops give our beer an assertive hop character while still keeping it drinkable. A sessionable beer to enjoy in sun or shade alike.
