We brew a new single hop IPA every month. Every hop has it’s own character - much like the difference between wine grapes - so we adjust each recipe to bring out the best in each hop and let it’s unique flavours take centre stage.
Motueka hails from New Zealand and has a full earthy, melon flavour ideally balanced by a rich malt backbone.
