Saint Stephen is our take on the classic Belgian saison and like the historical style, Saint Stephen will change from year to year. Traditionally brewed in the winter months for drinking during the heat of summer, we see these light, effervescent ales with their soft spice notes and subtle fruity aromas as an appealing and ever changing alternative to the typical domestic session beer.
