Common descriptors are This lager is a true dopple-bock. We brew Bare Knuckle smooth and rich with lots of malt flavors from eight specialty malts. Hopping uses the German Tettnang, with hop rates held low to allow the malt flavors to predominate. A Southern Bavarian yeast strain is used for fermentation. The ABV is 9% and hop bitterness is 15 BU'S. |
