A small parcel of Willie Warmer brewed on 19 April 2011 was siphoned off into an ex- Lark Distillery whisky cask – round about the same time Prince William and Kate were tying the knot, hence the name: Royal Willie - and matured for six months before bottling. It developed the whisky and wood notes you would expect, plus an alcoholic whack - at 11.6% this is definitely one to be savoured slowly.
