The name is an Americanized, phonetically spelled pronounciation of ’Saison Du Soleil’, or ’Season of the Sun’. A sustainably sourced French farmhouse style saison brewed with spelt and aged EKG hops. Fermented with 70% wild yeast and 30% farmhouse ale yeast. Hightly attenuated but retaining loads of flavor. **This ale was brewed in collaboration with Long Trail Brewing Company of East Bridewater, VT in celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Vermont Brewer’s Festival.
