Our newest Brewmaster’s Reserve is a delicate gem. The “Soothsayer Saison” is modeled after what is known as a Belgian Farmhouse Ale. This beer was originally brewed to quench the thirst and fortify the seasonal farm workers (Saisonnier) in the French and Belgian farming regions. Uniqueness of the ingredients available to each farmer/brewer lends diversity to this beers description and flavor unlike any other beer style. Our version is made with a multitude of pale malts and delicately spiced with a variety of aromatics. Most of the body or character of this beer comes from the use of traditional European Saison yeast. 7.5% ABV 18 IBUs.
