This double oatmeal stout was our first attempt at a stout. Batch 42 is a smooth, creamy, drinkable, oatmeal stout. Rolled oats, traditional roast and chocolate malt give this strong ale a malty backbone to balance the East Kent Golding hops. I think the name ion obvious, yet deep and thoughtful.
