Belgian Lambic Golden Ale.

There is one particular ale, famous around the world, which is brewed in the Val d’or, in the region of Gaume in Belgium. It’s a small, unusual ale, with pronounced spiceyness, a little tartness and plenty of funk. It has long been a favourite at Red Duck, so when Anders Kissmeyer visited for some collaboration brews, we made our very first lambic ale. It’s a beauty, somewhere between the magic of a Gnome, and the magic of that famous ale from Gaume.
