The pumpkin beer for pumpkin beer haters! This is a straight-up, in your face, b***s-out India Pale Ale, with loads and loads of fresh, fruity Galaxy hops. Three hundred pounds of fresh, whole Musque du Provence heirloom pumpkins were chopped up and shredded by hand, and added to the mash. But don’t worry, you probably won’t notice them. You also won’t notice any of the usual cinnamon, allspice, cloves, nutmeg, and ginger which overloads most other pumpkin beers, ‘cuz we didn’t use any of them. Nope, this one is all about the HOPS!
