This, our new Ale, is based on the traditional style brewed in the U.K. The initial bitterness is quite distinctive but not so overpowering that other flavours are masked. The bitterness smooths off to reveal malty molasses flavours which, due to its sweetness, offsets and balances the bite of the bittering Pride of Ringwood and Willamette hops.
