Brewed in the style of West Coast IPA using cascade and centennial hops to give the beer a spicy, floral and citrus aroma. The beer is full bodied to hepl balance the large amount of hops used in the kettle. This style will be around for the winter months only. This will pair nicely with steak, shellfish and pizza.
