Our pale ale, named for the parallel Traverse City is located at, is brewed with locally grown hops. We’re using traditional American varieties (Cascade, Centennial and Willamette) which, like all hops, love living equidistant between the equator and the North Pole. On tap, this beer flows over fresh hops on the way to your glass. This unique serving technique brings forth notes of grapefruit and orange and hint of pine and flower which are attained by using this particular hop trio.
