Txala Parta slowly ferments in wooden barrels where the fruit tannins combine with those of wood. Aged for six months, it is then bottle conditioned. The flavors mingle to become more complex, gaining length and power on the palate. The delicacy of this balance guarantees the pleasure of a glass.
