The Yule Goat is one of the oldest Northern European Yule and Christmas symbols and traditions. It is also associated with the custom of wassailing, sometimes referred to as "going Yule Goat". This brown ale is delicately spiced with mace and allspice and fermented with a Belgian yeast strain. A perfect beer for going Yule Goat!
