Laramie home brewer, and Master beer judge, Bob Hall came in and brewed his recipe for a Belgian style Dark Strong Ale with us. The incorporation of Sucarec, an unrefined sugar, contributes a distinct, raw flavor. A Belgian yeast strain adds to the complexity, offering a fruity aroma and flavor. The finish contains notes of pepper, dark fruit and a distinct lingering alcoholic warmth. Enjoy carefully.
