St. John Brewers’ Coffee Stout is made with dark roasted barley and choice hops, then finished with the addition of cold-brewed Sumatran and Colombian coffees from our friends at Virgin Islands Coffee Roasters on St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands. This stout pours a rich, creamy head to complement its full-bodied, robust roasted coffee character. The smooth, malty finish is complemented by the warming notes of this high-gravity beer. Our stout pairs well with chocolate desserts and with your favorite vanilla bean ice cream.
