Meditating Monk was the winner of our employee homebrew competition and was created by three members of our kitchen staff Ryan Santellan, Andrew McDonald and Brandon Barber with assistance from our head brewer Jason Salas. Meditating Monk is light and crisp with a slight jasmine note. A tea was made with the jasmine flowers which was blended into the beer and allowed to meld during a two month maturation process.
