Our White Creek Wit beer is distinctly Belgian in origin, brewed in the classic style of Belgian Wit, White or Wheat beers. White Creek is brewed with American 2-row barley malt, American un-malted white wheat, flaked wheat and flaked oats. A delicious, balanced Wit, it is bittered and flavored with English Kent Golding hop, orange peel, and coriander. A distinct, refreshing beer with a sharp, sweet-sour flavor, White Creek finishes crisp and dry with orange and coriander notes.
