In collaboration with Nectar Creek Honeywine in Corvallis, we brewed this braggot which is a historical fermentation of barley (beer) and honey (mead). Intense aromas of ethereal fruit, warm malt, and honey sweetness fall from the clouds captured elegantly in a glass for enjoyment. We used over 200lbs of local honey and a 3 hour boil creating a beverage worth contemplating: complex malt depth with the enticing allure of varietal honey.
