This American Blonde Ale is all about the balance of very mild flavors. It was aged in oak barrels for eight short weeks giving this delicate beer barely a kiss from the oak. By doing this, the characteristics from the barrel are not overwhelming, but are background notes to the flavor and aroma of the beer.
