Blackstone is this year’s host brewery for Nashville’s craft brewing community collaboration beer. The brewmasters at the five local breweries designed an agressively hoppy Belgian Wit beer. Traditionally this beer is brewed with Curacao orange peel, coriander and fermented with Belgian yeast. Tradition was left behind when it came to the hop schedule, with the New Zealand hop, Pacific Jade and the American hop, Centennial; a mix of old and new world flavors. (O.G. - 1.050 IBUs-25)
