This is a collaboration between 3 breweries from 3 countries; Dieu Du Ciel in Canada, Beavertown from England and Dogfish Head. Each brewery contributed an Indian inspired ingredient to create this dry’ish IPA with complex notes of tropical fruit and exotic spice with pungent hop. The key flavor influences are Jaggery, a complex palm sugar, Malabar black pepper and Tamarind. Malts from Canada and the UK and American hops Calypso and Citra were used to design this recipe. The beer was fermented with both English and American yeasts.
