This is a hugely hopped IPA that uses an array of hops, including experimental! There are massive aromas of fruits and herbs from dry hopping. The bold flavors include bready malt, sweet alcohol, tropical and citrus fruit. Hoptastrophy! The brewers really blew it this time! Energized by attending the Craft Brewers Conference, they ordered a whole array of new hop varieties. Some of these hops are so new they are called Experimental 05256 P90. Distracted by the overwhelming aromas from these new hops, the brewers mistakenly dumped ALL of these wonderful hops int the kettle. The result is this over the top double IPA to celebrate American Craft Beer Week.
