This beer is different from any other beer the Clocktower Brew House has produced. It is brewed to be an easy drinking, summer patio beer. To taste, our 613 Sour beer is dry with a tart finish, reminiscent of freshly squeezed lemonade. The tartness at the finish makes this beer extremely drinkable and a perfect choice on a hot summer day. The 613 Sour beer is based on a traditional German style Berliner Weiss, aptly named “The Champagne of the North” by Napoleon Bonaparte. It was always brewed to be tart to the taste, and low in alcohol content.
