The story
On a recent flight back from hosting a beer event Scott, our Head Brewer, was going over some beer recipes on a note pad, doodling away when he suddenly had a surge of inspiration. He quickly jotted down the recipe and wrote “bloody ripper” - which we can’t use, so we went with what it really is – a little ripper of a beer.

The style
Brewed in a similar way to a Vienna Pale Lager this beer delivers exceptional balance and crispness. Malt sweetness harmonises with a fruity Pacifica hop bitterness, while the brewing process produces refreshing fine sparkling bubbles to cleanse the palate.
