Our new Collaboration Series beer with Dos Cabezas Wine-works! Its called Saison Di Aleatico!! A Saison collaboration with Dos Cabezas that combines the best of beer and wine in one drink. Dos Cabezas Wineworks from Sonoita provided Aleatico wine grapes grown in Arizona that were added to a French Saison for secondary fermentation. This beer is fruity and dry, and still retains a nice Saison clove nose and light bitterness. We carbonated this a little higher than normal to enhance the sparkling wine quality of this delicious beer.
