Pemba Sherpa - ’Saison’ Provisonal Ale Full back-boned hybrid Belgian styled ale; complex peppery, earthy, mature and ready to drink. Orange aroma at times. Weighty and smooth but you don’t notice it too much. We call it a Saison, but it is more fruity than phenolic. Free range fermentation down to an off-dry finish.
