This imperial stout is aged with tart cherries in second use cognac barrels (after Bring Out Your Dead comes out) for 3 months. Cognac contribution is very minimal (intentionally). The resulting elixir showcases a delicious blend of roasted malts, bitter chocolate, coffee and tart cherry. Really F*&#$*!-ing good. 2015 version aged for 1 year.
