This amber/copper colored beer is our interpretation of the fall classic. This beer is full-bodied with a malt-accentuated accent of subtle caramel and nutty flavors. Historically brewed in March (Marz, ie Marzen) and therefore brewed with higher alcohol and hop content helped it keep during the long Summer where it was not suitable to brew before refrigeration. October was when it was safe to quickly drink what was left, as brewing resumed.
