TRES CONEJONES (“coming” some stage 2013) (Cone Hops Hopped, Matured in Tequila Oak Barrels) Agua, cebada, trigo, jarabe de agave, lúpulo y mucho amor. Sin el uso de gusanos, aditivos o conservantes. Madurada en barricas de tequila. Cervecita barata, elaborada por gringos borrachos y locos. Edición limitada. Ok. What have we got here. Practically an Imperial IPA, whole leaf hopped, matured in Tequila oak barrels. Fermented with Agave juice, which gave our ale yeast even more sugar to ferment. The name is a simple word play, Cone Hops & Cojones. Why Tres? Because we used 3 different types of cone/whole leaf hops. Word of advice for non 1516 regulars. If your favourite „beer“ contains zero conejones, as most do, dont even bother trying our „Tres Conejones“. Better leave right now & head towards the next gas station. Adiós.
