Mission to Earth is the final installment in our Brettanomyces series. The base style of Mission to Earth is a Braggot meaning it is brewed with 49% of the fermentables coming from honey. The combination of honey and Brettanomyces lends a deeply complex flavor profile of pear, tropical fruit and of course…honey. It finishes bone-dry and is incredibly refreshing, but also contains a well hidden 7.6% ABV.
